Cancellation Policy
Face Painting, Balloon Twisting & Characters
In the unfortunate circumstances of cancellation by the client of services that have been confirmed, the following cancellation policy will apply:

Cancellation less than seventy-two (72) hours prior to the date of supply will mean that the full contract price is payable by the client.

Cancellations made between seventy-two (72) hours and seven (7) days prior to the date of supply will incur a payment of 50% of the contract price.

Cancellations made more than one (1) week prior to the date of supply will not incur any charges.

All cancellations must be notified within the specified time and received by Pixie Paint in writing.
Craft Activities & Activations
In the unfortunate circumstances of cancellation by the client of craft activities that have been confirmed, the following cancellation policy will apply:

Cancellation less than seven (7) days prior to the date of supply will mean that the full contract price is payable by the client, due to significant outlay of craft materials.

Cancellations made seven (7) or more days prior to the date of supply will incur a payment of 50% of the contract price, due to significant outlay of craft materials.

All cancellations must be notified within the specified time and received by Pixie Paint in writing.
We are also happy to accept rescheduling of services up to three (3) months from their original scheduled date for no financial penalty. Activities may be rescheduled once in this period (ie not continually postponed).
